Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@skitingsandcornices.online and return your item to 28 Ridge Rd, Honeydew, Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa, 2040.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to 28 Ridge Rd, Honeydew, Roodepoort, 2040. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Cancellations
Please take note that all orders are specially manufactured. Please double-check that you order the correct profile, as no credit will be given. There are no returns on orders unless Skirtings and Cornices have made the mistake.
We will then collect the incorrect order and supply the correct one.
